•$40.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• • Accurately position and secure roof shingles or metal panels, ensuring proper alignment and a strong, stable installation.
• • Apply insulation and waterproofing layers to the roof surface, making sure they are sealed securely and effectively to preventair or water leaks.
• • Conduct a thorough inspection of roof supports, whether wood or metal, to assess if repairs or replacements are necessary.
• • Install roof features such as skylights, vents, and gutters, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into the roofing system foroptimal functionality.
• • Utilize sealants or welding methods to fully seal all roof joints, seams, and edges for maximum protection.
• • Prepare and customize roofing materials such as tiles, metal sheets, or waterproof membranes according to the specificdimensions and design of the roof.
• • Carefully remove existing roofing materials, including shingles, underlayment, and insulation, ensuring that the underlyingstructure remains intact and undamaged.
